Combines Up to 12 Strength Training Machines into One!

Power Rack

The Force USA G3 All-In-One strength training system's foundation is the Power Rack, made of heavy-duty steel tubing and clear-coated for added durability and longevity, with 62 adjustable J-Hook positions. It includes commercial-grade J-Hooks and Safeties for safety during intense workouts.

Functional Trainer

The functional trainer station provides improved coordination, mobility, aerobic capacity, and lean muscle mass. With 16 adjustable height positions, dual cable pulleys, and 2,000-pound rated aircraft quality cables, the G3 includes 14 functional attachments for a full-body workout targeting various muscle groups.

Smith Machine

The Smith Machine station, positioned in the Power Rack, accepts Olympic weight plates up to 772 lb and enables various solo strength training exercises. It features 12 height adjustments, quad-bearing rollers, and safety mechanisms. Four band pegs attach to the Power Rack for added resistance or assistance.


The chin-up station improves grip strength, posture, and stabilizes spinal muscles. The multi-grip chin-up bar has a 771 lb weight rating and offers a variety of hand positions, including classic, hammer, wide, narrow, pronated, and under/overhand grips on a thick knurled bar.

Suspension Trainer

The suspension trainer station provides over 50 exercises for core strength, stability, and muscular endurance, including inverted rows and push-ups. It has a dedicated stirrup station and is compatible with resistance band packages from various brands (sold separately).

Core Trainer

The G3 landmine attachment is the ultimate core trainer, building upper body strength, increasing muscle mass, and improving balance and stability through rotational torso training. Attachable to the right side of the Power Rack, insert one end of your barbell into the core trainer attachment, add the handle, and you're good to go.

Leg Press (Optional)

The optional G3 Leg Press attachment effectively develops hamstrings and glutes by converting the Smith Machine barbell into a Vertical Leg Press station. Featuring a 15.5" x 35.5" footplate with diamond-plated steel for slip resistance, it connects to 12 height adjustment racking points and can be used lying on the floor or bench. It is finished with an environmentally friendly black powder coating for durability.

Lat Pull-down (Optional)

Target and strengthen your back muscles with the optional multi-grip lat pulldown bar, knee holder, and seat attachment. These attach to the front of the rack on either upright, work with the dual cable pulley system, and improve posture and spinal stability.

Jammer Arms (Optional)

Perform Bench Presses, Shoulder Presses, and other explosive work with the new optional Jammer Arm attachment. Finished with a high-grade environmentally friendly black powder coating for added durability.

Dip (Optional)

Build strength in your Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps with the optional matador-style dip handle. Finished with a high-grade environmentally friendly black powder coating for added durability.

Low Row (Optional)

The optional Low Row Plate upgrade provides low-impact seated pulls to improve stamina and strength. With a 22" x 9" slip-resistant diamond plating and black powder-coated finish for durability and grip, it adjusts to three different angles.

Leg Developer (Optional)

Never skip leg day again! Isolate the Quads, Glutes, and Hips with the optional Leg Extension and Leg Curl attachment. Made with durable high-density sweat-resistant foam. Attaches to either upright. For use with or without a bench.
