MyRack Knee Holder Kit for Lat Attachment

The Force USA MyRack Knee Holder is a must-have attachment if you’ve added the Lat Pulldown attachment option to your MyRack.

The Knee Holder must be attached to either the MyRack Pin and Pipe safety or with the MyRack Band Pegs.

Simply connect the Knee Holder to one of these methods on either side of the rack so you can perform lat pulldowns while bracing your knees securely under the foam padding. This is especially helpful for pulling heavier loads.
